Families are introduced to Home-Start by someone else such as a health visitor, social worker or family worker.

The person referring you will normally handle the initial contact and a Home-Start co-ordinator will contact you.

We will arrange to visit you at home. During that visit we will explain the kind of support we can offer you and give you an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about Home-Start
