Home-Start Leeds would like to welcome our new Patron Karen Blick.
Karen Blick was born in Leeds and began her acting career in 2006, and in 2016 joined the cast of Emmerdale as Lydia Hart who marries into the Dingle Family.
“The reason I wanted to become a Patron of the Charity was after hearing about the work Home Start Leeds does and difference it makes to families and children living in Leeds experiencing poverty and other challenges.
The charities ethos and aims really resonated with me and I wanted to support Home start Leeds with the important work they do to help families in my local area”.
Karen will join with our current Patron Richard McCann to help spread the word about our work across Leeds and Calderdale.
