Hello Everyone,
We have now started our first Covid Secure Volunteer Evening Preparation Course since lock down back in March. We have got 8 eager volunteers ready to go. Their first session took place yesterday (17th September 2020) at the Home-Start office.
Session 1: Welcome to Home-Start
- Introduction to the Preparation Course
- Introduction to the Organisation
- To agree ground rule/group agreement
- Explore the volunteers expectations of becoming a Home-Start volunteer
If you would like to express interest in being a volunteer for Home-Start or finding out more about volunteering within our service, please see picture enclosed on how to contact the office
*Preparation Courses run for 15 weeks, once a week for a three hour session. The first two sessions of every preparation course are mandatory for every volunteer.
